Statement Of Faith

 

The Bible: The bible is the inerrant, immutable word of God. Written by men who used their own language and own experiences but were carried along by the Holy Spirit to write exactly what God wanted to reveal to us.

Revelation:  God reveals himself to us in his creation and his word, so that we are without excuse. All of creation declares his glory.

Man: Was created in the image of God male and female he created them perfect in the beginning. Man rebelled against God resulting in sin corrupting all of creation. Every man has direct access to God with no need for any other man to mediate

​

God: Existing in three persons, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Each a distinct personality unto themselves but one in the God head.

Jesus Christ: The only begotten Son of the Father, born of a virgin fully God and fully man. Lived a sinless life wrongly convicted and condemned to die on a cross. Bring the perfect sacrifice he endured the wrath of the Father paying the penalty for the sins of all mankind. Raising to life on the third day. Sitting at the right had of God as our High Priest and only mediator between man and God.

Holy Spirit: The helper promised by God to all those who believe. The Spirit dwells within the believer guiding them to the truth.

Sin: Man, sinned rebelling against God in the beginning and so sin has been passed down generation to generation throughout time. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

​

Salvation: Salvation can only be obtained through our faith in Jesus Christ. There is nothing man can do to save himself. It is only by repenting of our sin and turning to Christ in faith as our Lord and Savior that we can obtain salvation.
